• Practice responses — text or audio responses you submit for AI feedback. Audio is transcribed and the transcript is stored; raw audio is not retained.

• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or banking credentials.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide AI-generated feedback on your Casper practice responses.
• To manage your account and track practice history.
• To process payments and manage subscription status.
• To improve our platform, scenarios, and AI evaluation quality.
• To send service-related communications (e.g. purchase confirmations).

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a secure cloud database. We use industry-standard TLS encryption for all data in transit. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth — for sign-in. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• OpenAI — to generate AI feedback on your responses. Responses may be processed by OpenAI's API.
