CasperMaster.ai provides AI-powered Casper test practice tools for educational purposes. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the platform.
You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are inactive, violate these Terms, or are created for fraudulent purposes.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. To request a refund, contact us at support@caspermaster.ai within 14 days of purchase.
Weekly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
All content on CasperMaster.ai — including scenarios, AI feedback, interface design, and code — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or reproduce any content without our written permission.
CasperMaster.ai is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Acuity Insights or the official Casper® test. Our AI-generated feedback is for practice purposes only and does not guarantee any specific score or outcome on the actual Casper examination.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CasperMaster.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS pursuant to its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
